According to the US National Institute of Mental Health, every year 1 out of 5 adults in the United States will recieve some kind of mental health diagnosis. At any age or stage of life, we could all use a little more support.
Career & Education Counseling
Most of us spend approximately a third of our lives "at work", sometimes more than a third. For most people in the United States, that’s over 90,000 hours of our lives. Since we devote so much time and energy to "work", it's worth being thoughtful about the work we do, why we do it, and how we do it.
Accommodations Support & Advocacy Services
If you're advocating for your healthcare needs with an authority figure or entity, we'd like to offer you some backup. From Gender Affirming Care and Accommodations at home, school, or work to an Emotional Support Animal or Tenant Advocacy, our providers can review your situation and options we can offer to support your wellness. In most cases you don’t have to disclose a diagnosis in order to seek support or get accommodations.
