Service Rates:

• $119 / appointment - Standard session fee for all services.

  Session fees are for the time spent in-session with your provider. These fees are insurance-eligible if we are in-network with your insurance carrier.

• $99 / appointment - Scoring / Report fee for Assessment Clients Only.

  Scoring/reporting fees are for the time spent by your provider out-of-session scoring data and drafting the resulting assessment report. These fees are an additional per-session charge for assessment clients and are not insurance-eligible.

Full Assessment Protocol Costs:

Our Assessment approach is spread over three, 90min appointments. By the end of your assessment experience, you and your provider will have collected over 20 points of data and three hours of clinical interview.

• Self-pay clients: $218/appointment ($119 session fee + $99 scoring/reporting fee) or $654 for the full three appointment protocol.

• Insurance clients: $99/appointment or $297 for the full three appointment protocol (in addition to your session fee insurance copay or deductible).

Our providers are currently in-network with the following insurance companies:

• Illinois: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, & United Healthcare/Optum

• Missouri: Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, & United Healthcare/Optum

NOTE: We are not currently in-network with Medicare / Medicaid
